Shipping is calculated at checkout. For PRE-ORDERS you will be charged the current ship rates and your product will be shipped after the product has been manufactured and packaged.

(In case of damage or lost packages, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to make a claim to the corresponding shipping carrier).
Currently, we do not collect taxes for international purchases. Non-US customers will need to pay VAT and other associated fees upon importing according to your country's laws.
PROTOLYTH LLC provides a non-transferable, 1-YEAR limited warranty to the purchaser of any PROTOLYTH LLC products purchased from the PROTOLYTH LLC website, unless otherwise indicated on this website, product listing, or other related materials.
PROTOLYTH LLC warrants that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the specified period.
-For PRE-ORDERS this period starts on the day said product/s ship to the purchaser, and for all other products, this period starts on the day of purchase.
Except where prohibited by applicable local law, this warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary under local laws.
Under this warranty, the PROTOLTYH LLC hardware product you purchased is guaranteed to function according to its technical information, and in the environment for which it was intended to operate for the duration of the warranty period.
SOLUTIONS:
PROTOLYTH LLC’s responsibility and your warranty solution for any PROTOLYTH LLC product that is not functioning in accordance with its technical information is at the discretion of PROTOLYTH LLC:
-1) to repair or replace parts of the product at PROTOLYTH LLC’s expense, or
-2) to refund the purchase with a deductible usage fee of 10% of the total purchase amount.
This warranty obligation is conditioned upon the hardware being returned to the provided address by PROTOLYTH LLC, with the original sales receipt attached. You may be required to pay shipping and handling charges, as well as any applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, or other fees. PROTOLYTH LLC may, at its discretion, provide new or equivalent-to-new refurbished parts in good working condition, or repair or replace the hardware returned to PROTOLYTH LLC.
Any repaired or replacement hardware will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is greater, or for the period of time required by local statute.
COVERED:
-Manufacturing Defects: scratches, dimensional issues outside of tolerances, or finishing issues on the outside facing surfaces of each panel are covered. Anodization marks and other minor defects are allowed on the hidden or interior surfaces of parts within reason.
-Shipping Damages: includes lost or damaged packages that have affected parts. (Claims from shipping require a reimbursement from the carrier's insurance to be processed).
-Missing Parts: order was incorrectly packaged and a part or accessory is missing.
-Incorrect Parts: order was incorrectly packaged and a part or accessory is incorrect.
NOT COVERED:
-Wear and tear associated with normal use
-Any modification, abuse, accident, disassembly, misapplication, or unauthorized repair -Removal of any manufacturer label(s) or sticker(s)
-Any improper operation, including any use not in accordance with any supplied product instructions, including personal modifications.
-Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect in materials or workmanship
-Counterfeit products; that is, products that PROTOLYTH LLC, at its sole discretion, determines were not manufactured by PROTOLYTH LLC or any of its authorized manufacturing partners.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
PROTOLYTH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA (WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT) OR COMMERCIAL LOSS FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCT EVEN IF PROTOLYTH LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED PREVIOUSLY OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some local laws do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply in your jurisdiction.
EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES:
EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS HARDWARE PRODUCT IS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. Some local laws do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, so this limitation may not apply in your jurisdiction.
SPECIAL WARRANTY PERIOD IN THE EUROPEAN UNION:
In the European Union, the minimum warranty period provided by the reseller is two years. The minimum warranty period provided by the reseller for refurbished products is one year.
MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM:
Contact customer service before issuing any warranty claim.
All warranty claims should be addressed directly to PROTOLYTH LLC.
RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT:
In general, PROTOLYTH LLC does not offer full returns for PRE-ORDERED items due the the constraints of PRE-ORDER manufacturing, unless the received PRE-ORDERED product has parts that have a valid claim under warranty. In which case, PROTOLYTH LLC will first, to the best of its ability, repair or replace the parts in question.Refusing initial product delivery will result in a 25% restocking fee + shipping charges.In the event that you need to return your PROTOLYTH LLC products for repair or replacement, PROTOLYTH LLC will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) as well as return instructions. Unless otherwise specified, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Do not return your product without prior approval from PROTOLYTH LLC. Any product returned without a valid, unique RMA# will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense. To avoid problems at the time of receipt, clearly write your RMA# on the outside of the package and include a copy of your RMA confirmation email within the package.
REQUESTING A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#):

Describe the problem in the email with a proper title.
Include valid proof of purchase (required for RMA processing, i.e. order number, invoice) in the email.
RMA RETURN ADDRESSES:
An RMA return address will be provided to you upon approval.
PRODUCTS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT:
Initial Product Shipment:
-Each product shipped will have a certain insurance attached corresponding to the carrier involved. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the shipping carrier, or service, to issue an insurance claim.
Product RMA:
-The original packaging material should be used to pack the product for return; if the original packaging is not available, you should use packing materials that provide the same or greater protection to the product. All packages that arrive with any external damage or appear inadequately packed will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense. PROTOLYTH LLC is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping to our RMA receiving locations.
You should select a return shipping method that provides tracking information. PROTOLYTH LLC is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
WARRANTY PERIODS:
All computer enclosures and parts have a 1-year limited warranty
All refurbished or factory reconditioned computer enclosures and parts have a 1 year, replacement-only warranty
For PRE-ORDERS: refunds are offered limited to the corresponding PRE-ORDER window, (e.g. April 15th to May 15th). This is due to the nature of funding and manufacturing PRE-ORDERED goods/products. If you have questions please contact us.
In general, we do not offer full returns or refunds for PRE-ORDERED products due to the nature of pre-order manufacturing.
